Processing period and shipping address

All orders have a processing period of 1-3 business days.

Shipping address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before submitting your order. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be retrieved back from the courier once it has departed our facility. If you have made a mistake on your shipping information after submitting your order, you must contact us immediately to edit or cancel your order within two hours after placing it.

Courier

We use SF Express or Speedpost to ship to your destination, below please find more details about shipping fee. The shipping fee may be subject to change without prior notice. The shipping timeline is for reference only and excluding time needed for customs clearance. Due to safety precautions, delays are expected and delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

Duties and Taxes

Adagio Ballet Boutique does NOT cover any Duties, Customs Fees, Import Fees, VAT, administrative fees, special handling fees, remote area surcharge etc. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order. Check with your local authorities for customs duties etc. to avoid any ‘surprise’ fee when the parcel arrives.
